My choice has to be France at the moment as they look in form and on paper, the team is looking great and looking a threat for any team they come up against.
At this stage I'd put my money on Brazil, although I think Argentina or Germany could pull it out of the bag if they really get their act together for the next two games.
Brazil . . . I don't think they were the best team. Should they go to the finals then I'm sure either the Dutch or Argentines will humiliate them. Should the Germans manage to get past Brazil [and I hope they do] then neither the Dutch nor the Argentines can stop them.
I remember seeing Argentina get beaten 4-0. The same could happen should the two teams meet again in the finals.
Now, I am backing holland to win this world cup. I also hope Aryan Roben to win the golden ball this time. They are playing very well under the cunning coach Vaan Gaal. Anuway, It will not be an easy task for Holland to defeat Argentina.
Wow, that was some match earlier. The Germans completely humiliated Brazil. I guess they just couldn't perform well without their posterboy Neymar. I'd say Netherlands will beat Argentina, and then Germany are going to win the final.
Scolari seemed to imply that whether Neymar had played or not, the Germans were the better side. Brazil were not that good from the very start and had they lost that game against Croatia [fairly] they wouldn't have been so badly humiliated.
The Germans finally got their vengeance against Brazil and to slam the last nail in the coffin they're going to beat whoever wins today's game.
Netherlands, this time. They have been fantastic in this WC and have shown exceptional character and discipline on the field.I don't think Germans stand a huge chance just because Germany scored 7 goals against them.We all saw what Algeria did to them, or even Ghana for that case.I would love a South American team versus an European one in the final,it would be great..
