Who will go to the Champions League Final?

Real Madrid - Bayern and Atletico Madrid - Chelsea. I think these two matches can go either way. Real Madrid and Bayern have recently made great matches and very weak ones. Bayern just got trashed by Dortmund after being defeated last week by Augsburg.

Real also got beaten by Dortmund with 2 goals that were scored from awful defense errors by Real Madrid's defenders. I just couldn't believe my eyes! I haven't seen such errors since I was a kid and playing soccer at school.

I would have said that Atletico would easily eliminate Chelsea if it wasn't for Mourinho. He has a lot of great ideas and luck in these eliminating matches so nothing is sure.

I think that Bayern and Atletico Madrid will play the final. I so want Atletico to win the competition just because they seem to want it the most and are the most hard working team left in the competition.

Atletico have a habit of pulling surprises and because of that I have a firm belief that they will beat Chelsea so badly that Mourinho will be at a loss for words.

The other semi is kind of hard to predict. Bayern is not as good as they were earlier in the year so while Real may have some issues, they just might slip past Bayern. If they do, they'll have to face Atletico in finals which IMO could go either way.

@Denis - I really hope you are right about Atletico! It would be so nice to see them go into the final and maybe even win it! I think that if Bayern goes to the final it would be more difficult for Atletico to win it than if they would be playing against Real. They know Real Madrid much better and thus have more chances of beating them.

Atletico has done so well this far that they at least deserve to win something. Granted they don't have [I hesitate to use this word] quality to take on Bayern and beat them . . . Bayern has through their negligence proved that they're not as invincible as they would have people think.

Since Atletico could beat Barcelona which is a team that's as good as Bayern, I wouldn't write Atletico off too early.

They could be exactly the kind of opponent Bayern struggles with: a team that is clearly more ambitious then Bayern are. I think there is no doubt about it that Atletico Madrid is team that wants to win Champions League more than any other. They have been waiting for decades for this chance and this is what sets them apart right now. Strong desire can indeed move mountains and I'm confident that Atletico will be raising the Cup this year.
