The January transfer window is on the horizon. Most clubs will have targets to strengthen their squads.

I hope Chelsea sign a striker, we only have Torres and he is patently not capable of scoring goals consistently. The ideal signing would be Falcao but I can't see that one happening.

Who do you want your club to sign? Have you heard any big transfer rumours?

I think it's pretty clear that Chelsea need another striker or two, and there are plenty going around. Players like Michu and Ba have both done well at their clubs, but if Chelsea came in with a decent offer I can't see either saying no.

Haha! I'm a Newcastle fan too, but every transfer window I'm worried that Ashley will try to cash in on some of our players. I think Ba is a prime candidate this time -- in great form, had a good season last time round and he's fit. Thank heavens Cabaye got injured!

Michu has had a brilliant start to his career in the Premier League but I don't think he's the answer for Chelsea. He lacks pace and there is a big difference between scoring goals for Swansea and Chelsea.

Demba Ba has a dodgy knee and I think we should aim higher than that. We were interested in Loic Remy, he would be good as back up to Torres but we need a main striker like Falcoa.

i wouldn't be surprised if Ba and Cissie are sold for decent cash in the summer!
and pardew being a yes man won't say anything!

I don't think you will get decent cash for Demba Ba. I'm sure there is a £7-million release-clause in his contract.

I don't think you need to worry about him leaving. The bigger clubs will not go for him because of his injury problems. Newcastle is his level.
