I'm not sure if Martinez is able to do a better job than the legendary Kenny Dalglish. Dalglish needs more time to build his team and it's sad how his big-name failed to live up to their transfer fees and reputation.

I am a Liverpool faithful and it is sad how they treated Dalglish...we do have problems in the league and maybe a new Manager will make a difference, but the players need an old kick up the backside too.

I think Martinez will be great for Liverpool, since he likes to play attacking soccer and was able to keep Wigan up two years in a row. Someone could argue that Liverpool need big name managers, but Dalglish even had a worse record than Hodgson.
