"I am happy to be here and the fact is I continue to feel fine. I am improving slowly but surely," Muamba told AS. "At the moment I am not doing exercise, I am just enjoying life and travelling. It is a great privilege to be able to live with the assistance of a respiratory machine or something like that. It is fantastic.
"I am making small steps every day. I am still being medicated and we will see what happens. I have to co-ordinate with my doctor and see what he says but I'll never say never."

I am happy to see that he is alive and well, but I wonder if he could actually resume his playing career. He seems pretty healthy, but I am unsure if he can still play pro soccer...your thoughts on this?

I highly doubt that Fabrice Muamba will revive his football career given what has happened to him, and of which stunned the entire football world. No club would want to take the risk of sending a player out there to play when something had already happened to him in the past.

No point risking your life for football, Muamba.

His recovery has been miraculous. I watched the game on ESPN, it was one of the worst events I have witnessed during a football match.

I doubt the doctors would let him put his life at risk, he will play again if it is safe. I'm not an expert on this but I think it can be achieved.
