Ibrahimovic is a great talent but he has a major flaw: he talks too much. He speaks out loud about things that he shouldn't. I think he surely created many conflicts at the teams he played for.This is probably the reason why he didn't get more personal and team trophies. Because he doesn't know how to be a part of a team. He only plays for himself, for his own glory and for money. As a player he is great, as a human being not so great.If he would have only learned to respect his fellow team members and his coaches he would have gone so far.
