ha and he was spot on we were pretty useless.i don't see england winning anything in the next decade

I think England have a decent chance of winning the world cup

The way things are going, they may not even make it there. Their remaining fixtures in the qualifiers are pretty tricky and apart from that one friendly against Brazil, they've failed to show any spark whatsoever.

Well, if rooney regains form it would make their job significantly easier. If they are able to make it, you have to remember the young players will be a year older and more mature. They would increase England's chances

I can;t see it happening. The truth is I do not believe we have had a decent enough pick of players capiable of winning a competition since maybe the late 80s or early 90s. Despite the media's attempts to convince us we are not the top side that we used to be, and until we completely revamp the way we teach football to our children we will continue to be left behind by other nations.
