Di Matteo Sacked!

Di Matteo was sacked today. I know Chelsea have a reputation for sacking managers but I am genuinely shocked by this decision. Surely it is premature as it seemed Di Matteo was building a team. A few bad results and it is all over.

I'm disgusted with the Chelsea board and there are rumours Benitez will be the next manager to make it even worse.

What do you think about the Di Matteo sacking?

Abramovich should never have sacked Mourinho. I am sure we would have won more trophies if we had kept him.

I agreed with some of the sackings but I don't agree with this one, a terrible decision, and to replace him with a man who couldn't find a job for a few years and failed in his last job is mind boggling.

Benitez hardly fits with the remit of attacking football and the fans hate him. A recipe for disaster.

100% agree about Mourinho! i think that is where they really went wrong. i reckon chelsea fans can right off this season now! benitez will be gone by end of season and hopefully replaced by someone decent.
mind you you never know how he will do, look at newcastle! know one wanted Pardew he was the same couldn't get a job in Mcdonalds!
but he's done not too bad so far!

I think Pardew has received more credit than he deserves. The man who deserves the credit is Carr, their chief scout. Newcastle did well last season because they scouted and signed good players. Newcastle are back down to reality now, just after Pardew has signed a 10-year contract, haha.

Rafael Benitez is a lame duck. I'm sure the Chelsea fans will boo him for the rest of the season, we really hate him. Personally, I am against booing the manager because it will undermine the team with a negative atmosphere.

I don't like Benitez but the reaction from large sections of our support is way over the top. Roman should be blamed for this.
