Cristian Chivu's agent has revealed that the Inter defender will make a decision on his future "by the end of the week".
The former Romania international is out of contract this summer and although the Nerazzurri have reportedly offered him a new two-year deal, the versatile defender is currently evaluating offers from outside Italy.
However, Chivu's representative, Victor Becali, has claimed that his client will imminently let Inter know what he has decided to do.
“We are reflecting; we have not made any decisions yet,” the agent told FCInterNews.it. “We won’t make Inter wait too much longer, though.
"I assure you that by the end of the week we will communicate our decision. I cannot say any more for now.”
Inter paid Roma a reported €16 million to bring Chivu to Appiano Gentile in 2007.
