Nope, definitely not at the moment despite winning the EPL title. Winning it on goal difference certainly does not match up to two of the greatest clubs in the world. They need to win matches convincingly.

Aguero is so wrong, but what can he say, he's not going to talk bad about his club. But Man City have decades of titles to win before being compared to R. Madrid and Barcelona.

No way. They are not even on par with many of the big teams, it will be a loooooong time before they win a Champions League. I doubt they will win the title next year.
